BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (Ref. : BDO)
Job Description:
- Assist the superior to identify potential sites by conducting various business analysis & catchment surveys in terms of market environment, competitors, consumer traffic measure, consumer spending analysis, etc;
- Co-ordinate in takeover and handover of premises and renovation, fitting-out works with Landlords / Management Offices / Construction Department / Contractors and other ad-hoc duties;
- Prepare various business reports and maintain the market information system;
- Handle full spectrum of leasing related issues;
- Liaise and maintain good relationship with property developers, landlords, agents, management offices and other external parties by frequently visits and phone calls.

Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in related disciplines;
- At least 1 year relevant working experience;
- Proactive, independent, with good analytical and interpersonal skills;
- Able to handle multi-tasks and work under high pressure;
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Outdoor work is required.
