MARKETING OFFICER (Ref. : JCO)

Job Description:

• Responsible for all aspects of administration, operation and development of online shopping portal;
• Organize and implement e-marketing program such as Member e-Newsletter and Email promotion;
• C0-ordinate with clients for the formulation and implementation of e-marketing campaigns by utilizing web-advertisement;
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints through telephone and e-mail.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Marketing or IT discipline;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience;
• Knowledge in website maintenance tolls and coding (e.g. Dreamweaver, Photoshop, HTML, JavaScript) and Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing);
• Detail-oriented and well-organized;
• Customer-oriented with positive attitude and good telephone manner;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Immediate available preferred.
