MARKETING OFFICER (Ref. : MO)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaint & enquiry of loyalty program;
- Support card recruitment program;
- Organize and implement loyalty program & promotional event;
- Consolidate the daily system report.

Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Marketing or Business Studies;
- At least 2-3 years experience in Marketing or Customer Service;
- Self initiative, creative and strong sense of responsibility;
- Eager to work on team job;
- Interest in retail industry;
- Good PC Knowledge in MS Office and Chinese work-processing, especially in Power Point; and
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
