USCO is owned by AEON Stores (Hong Kong) Co., Limited, which is the subsidiary of the largest retailer - AEON Co., Ltd. in Japan. Currently operates six JUSCO, five independent Supermarket, twenty three Independent JUSCO Living PLAZA, three Bento Express (Japanese take-away restaurant) and one AEON MaxValu Prime in densely populated districts in Hong Kong, as well as fourteen GMS, two Independent Supermarkets, and two Shopping Centers in Guangdong Province, the People's Republic of China.
